# Get Breach

> Read one breach from the DPDP breach register, with its deadlines and the principal intimations recorded against it.

## Endpoint

GET /v1/dpdp/breaches/:breachId
```

## Authentication

Requires a developer API key in the `Authorization` header.

## Path Parameters

## Response -- 200 OK

The breach as [Record Breach](/api-reference/dpdp/record-breach) returns it,
with the deadlines computed at the time of the read, `principalIntimation`
counted over every intimation, and `principalIntimations` listing the newest
200:

## Error Responses

| 401 | `UNAUTHORIZED` | Invalid or missing API key |
| 404 | `NOT_FOUND` | Breach not found |
